Email support@kaptr.app with your question. Tell us which phone you use (iPhone or Android) and what happened, and we will get back to you.
📷The camera will not open
Kaptr answers riddles with the in-app camera only, so it needs camera permission. Open your phone's Settings, find Kaptr, and turn Camera on, then reopen the app.
🔑Signing in
Kaptr signs in with Google or Apple. If you switch phones, sign in with the same account you used before and your streak and stats come with you.
⭐Kaptr Plus
Kaptr Plus is billed through the App Store or Google Play, so cancelling and refunds are handled there: Settings, your Apple ID, Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store, Payments and subscriptions on Android.

🗑️Delete your account
You can delete your account from Settings inside the app, or follow the steps on the Delete Account page.
