The daily case
Your sealed Case File, your hand of cards for the day, and a week strip. Same case for everyone.
Kaptr is the daily photo riddle game at kaptr.app. Every day you get one sealed cryptic case, the same for everyone. You answer with your camera. The Examiner scores the shot 0 to 100 and deals you a verdict card. The loop takes about a minute. Keep the streak alive.
This is kaptr.app, the game. It is not Captr, the screenshot organizer, and not Kaptr.me, the dashboards product.
Free on iPhone and Android. Answer with your camera.
One cryptic case a day, sealed until you open it. The answer is something near you.
A button, a chair, a street sign. The riddle is the hard part.
No typing. No gallery picker. The in-app camera is the only way to answer, so the photo is the guess.
The Examiner hands down 0 to 100. Tiers run Bronze to Prismatic. Share the card, and play daily to keep the streak.

Global Tic Tac Toe and friend modes. Friends and standings are one tap away.
Kwest collections you fill at your own pace: plants, dishes, street fixtures, and Mystery slots.
No. Kaptr at kaptr.app is the daily photo riddle game. Captr is a screenshot organizer. Kaptr.me is a dashboards product. They are different products.
Only with the in-app camera. There is no text field and no gallery picker. You find the answer nearby, photograph it in Kaptr, and that photo is the guess.
Photos are judged in memory and the judged copy is dropped. By default Kaptr also keeps some photos: your own Kwest and Themed Hunt photos (only you see them) and photos from private games with friends (visible to players in that game who have Kaptr Plus, deleted 30 days after the game). Global Tic Tac Toe and public surfaces keep nothing. You can turn uploads off with Share my photos in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Kaptr is free on iPhone and Android. Kaptr Plus is a subscription that raises limits rather than changing the rules: more daily riddle attempts, a higher Binder daily cap, and four extra share-card styles (Darkroom, Instant, Signal and Sticker). The Classic share style is free. How to Play has the full rule set.
Yes. Kaptr is free on the App Store as Kaptr: Photo Challenges, and free on Google Play as app.kaptr.kaptr.
The Examiner scores each photo 0 to 100. Tiers run Bronze to Prismatic, and 90 or more is Prismatic. Play daily to keep a streak. The full scoring rules live on How to Play.
